NFL Trade Rumors: Eagles Reveal Asking Price For Dallas Goedert
The Philadelphia Eagles are shopping tight end Dallas Goedert ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, with reports indicating the team is seeking at least a Day 3 pick in return—ideally a fourth-rounder.
If no 2025 draft capital is offered, FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz reports that Philadelphia would be open to future picks in 2026 to make a deal happen.
Goedert, who turns 30 this year, is entering the final season of his four-year, $57 million contract with no guaranteed money left and a cap hit of $11.7 million.
Sources: #Eagles TE Dallas Goedert remains a name to watch on the trade market as the draft approaches. Interested teams believe Philadelphia would be open to future picks if they don’t receive 2025 draft capital.

Goedert has been a consistent contributor when healthy, tallying 42 receptions for 496 yards and two touchdowns in just 10 games last season.
He played a key role in the Eagles’ Super Bowl run, catching 17 passes for 215 yards and a score in the playoffs. However, he's missed 15 games over the past three seasons and with the team investing in other positions—like Saquon Barkley and Zach Baun—his future in Philadelphia is uncertain.
The Eagles have already signed Harrison Bryant and Kylen Granson, perhaps indicating preparations for a transition at the position.

While teams like the Indianapolis Colts, New York Giants, Los Angeles Chargers, and New Orleans Saints have all been floated as possible fits, the Eagles appear more focused on managing cap space and planning for the long term than maximizing trade return.
General Manager Howie Roseman downplayed Goedert’s status impacting the draft, stating, “We’ve got to make good decisions in the draft based on who the players are that are available.”
With no extension in place and a rising market for tight ends, a trade after June 1 could save Philadelphia over $4 million in cap space—an appealing move if the right offer comes in.
