The Pittsburgh Steelers are a logical landing spot, offering a 2025 first-round pick and a fourth-rounder. Stafford would provide an instant upgrade over Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, giving Pittsburgh a real shot at its first playoff win since 2016.
With $50.7 million in cap space, the Steelers could absorb Stafford’s contract while still addressing other roster needs.
The Las Vegas Raiders could offer a 2025 second-round pick, a 2025 third-round pick, and quarterback Aidan O’Connell, giving the Rams draft capital and a bridge quarterback.
New head coach Pete Carroll is focused on immediate success, and with $92.7 million in cap space, the Raiders have the resources to build around Stafford.

The New York Giants could take the biggest swing, acquiring both Stafford and wide receiver Cooper Kupp in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick, a 2025 fourth-round pick, and a 2026 second-rounder, Knox writes.
With the Rams already shopping Kupp, the Giants could seize the opportunity to pair Stafford with rookie wideout Malik Nabers and a strong defense.
Giants owner John Mara has voiced frustration with the team's struggles, and a move for Stafford could transform their offense.
"The Rams are working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships," Kupp recently stated, making a New York move a possible win for both sides.
