Dolphins Sign Former 49ers' Wide Receiver

The Miami Dolphins have strengthened their wide receiver corps by signing veteran Willie Snead IV, following an impressive workout.

Snead, a nine-year NFL veteran, brings plenty of experience from his stints with the Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, Las Vegas Raiders, Carolina Panthers, and San Francisco 49ers.

Snead entered the NFL in 2014 as an undrafted free agent with the Cleveland Browns.

Over his career, he has played in 103 games with 48 starts, amassing 281 receptions for 3,445 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Despite limited action with the 49ers over the past two seasons, where he totaled just two receptions for 14 yards in eight games, Snead has shown his potential in previous seasons, including 651 receiving yards in 2018 with the Ravens.

His veteran presence and proven track record could be valuable to the Dolphins as they progress through training camp and prepare for the upcoming season.

To make room for Snead on the roster, the Dolphins waived defensive tackle Mario Kendricks.
