Jets Rumors: 3 Possible Landing Spots for Zach Wilson
After another shaky season, New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson is expected to be moved before the start of the next campaign. There's no question that the 2021 second-overall pick would benefit from a change of scenery at this juncture. As a result, let's go over three teams who could consider taking a chance on him.
Denver Broncos: The Denver Broncos have been connected to Wilson during this offseason, and it ultimately makes sense. They notably parted ways with Russell Wilson this offseason and are in a position to add to their QB depth because of it. Due to this, they could consider taking a chance on the Jets young QB.
Los Angeles Rams: The Los Angeles Rams have come up as a possible landing spot for Wilson. It is understandable, as they could use a young quarterback with upside with Wilson. They have two veterans in Matthew Stafford and Jimmy Garoppolo, but why shouldn't they also take a chance on a project like Wilson?
Kansas City Chiefs: The Kansas City Chiefs have a long-term superstar QB in Patrick Mahomes. While this is the case, they absolutely could use a backup with potential like Wilson. Perhaps working with a prominent head coach like Andy Reid could help Wilson get his development back on track.
