NFL Rumors: Veteran Running Back Drawing Interest From Several Teams As A Free Agent
The NFL has seen a ridiculous amount of injuries through six weeks of the 2023 season, and as such, the free agent market has stayed busy all throughout that time, and now, it appears there's some major movement with one of the top names still available.
That would be running back Leonard Fournette, who was reportedly meeting with the Bills this week, but after the team didn't lose Ty Johnson from their practice squad, that meeting is now off, with Fournette continuing to draw interest as a free agent.
The 28-year old has had a fantastic career in Jacksonville and Tampa Bay to this point, tallying 4,478 rushing yards and 34 Touchdowns with another 2,219 yards and 7 Touchdowns through the air, and after being a key part of the Buccaneers Super Bowl win, he'll no doubt be a key pickup down the stretch.Free-agent RB Leonard Fournette has interest from multiple teams, but he isn’t visiting the #Bills (or anyone else) today.
