BREAKING: Philadelphia Eagles Land Star Safety Via Trade
The Philadelphia Eagles have once again been off to a fantastic start in 2023, with a 6-1 record through seven weeks, but despite their lead in the NFC East, they still believe that they need to improve this team in order to go one step further than a season ago.
Now, after their prime-time victory over the Miami Dolphins, and regular speculation that the team were looking to upgrade at safety, the Eagles have now made a deal with the Tennessee Titans to land veteran safety Kevin Byard, according to Ian Rapoport.
The 30-year old was a third-round pick of the Titans back in 2016, and since that point, he has made two Pro Bowl's while becoming a two-time All-Pro, and now, he'll look to replace the impact that C.J. Gardner-Johnson had for them a season ago.BREAKING: The #Titans are trading S Kevin Byard to the #Eagles, per @RapSheet.
