The Minnesota Vikings are off to a horror start in 2023, finding themselves at 1-4 and sitting in last place in the NFC North through five weeks, and now, things may be about to get ugly, as they've just learned potentially the worst possible news for their season.
According to reports, the Vikings now plan to place star wide receiver Justin Jefferson on Injured Reserve due to the hamstring injury he suffered during their latest loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and now, he'll be out for a minimum of four weeks.
Through five weeks, Jefferson is once again on a ridiculous pace, notching 36 catches for 571 yards and 3 Touchdowns, despite just three catches due to the injury last Sunday, and now, the Vikings will try turn their season around without their biggest star. The #Vikings plan to place WR Justin Jefferson on injured reserve because of the hamstring injury he suffered in Sunday’s loss to Kansas City, per sources.
