Tom Brady Given Major Honour By The New England Patriots
While Tom Brady spent the final three years of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he will always be remembered as a New England Patriots great, and now, Owner Robert Kraft has revealed a special honour that he will give No. 12 next season.
Any other player getting inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame will have to wait for five seasons after their retirement, but ahead of their Week 1 loss to the Eagles, Kraft announced that he was waiving that waiting time, and will induct Brady next spring, on the 6/12 (6 rings for No. 12).
The honour itself comes as no surprise, as Brady is considered the games greatest ever player after leading New England to six Super Bowl rings between 2000 and 2019, and now, he will finally be honoured by the team that he will always be synonymous with. The greatest of all time is heading to @TheHall.@TomBrady | #ForeverNE pic.twitter.com/q3AX06Jig7
