Report: New York Giants Superstar Suffers Injury, Will Miss Time
The New York Giants are off to an up and down start in 2023, as they followed up a 40-0 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 by making an impressive comeback against the Arizona Cardinals, but during that win, they suffered a massive loss.
During the victory, Saquon Barkley suffered a regular ankle sprain, which is great news for a team that was bracing for a significant injury, and now, ESPN's Adam Schefter has revealed that he will miss just three weeks of action.
Thankfully for New York, he'll be back for a significant portion of the season, but given his impact on this offence, they'll need to make some significant adjustments to stay in the NFC East race during that time, so this will be an interesting team to keep an eye on.An MRI showed that Giants’ RB Saquon Barkley suffered an “ordinary” ankle sprain that now is expected to sideline him three weeks, per source.
