NFL Rumors: San Francisco 49ers Star Looking To Become NFL's Highest Paid Defender
The 2023 off-season has been a big one for the NFL with plenty of big time surprises and shocking storylines, and now, we have another one emerging, as the 49ers star Nick Bosa has revealed his big time, but unsurprising demands.
In a report by ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, it has been revealed that Bosa is looking to surpass Aaron Donald at $31 million per year and become the NFL's highest paid defender, and after a Defensive Player of the Year a season ago, it's not that wild of an ask.
The 25-year old has been incredible since joining the league back in 2019, tallying 156 tackles, 8 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, 4 passes defended and 43 sacks in 3 full seasons, and now, it's hard to see a world in which he doesn't pass Donald as the league's highest paid defender.Report: Nick Bosa is looking to surpass #Rams Aaron Donald's $31 million APY contract, becoming the highest paid Defensive player in history, and people around the league believe he will, per @JFowlerESPN
