NFL Rumors: New York Jets Quarterback Doesn’t Rule Out Return In 2023
The New York Jets fans had their hearts broken once again just four plays into their Monday Night Football opener when Aaron Rodgers went down with an achilles injury, effectively ruling him out for the entirety of the 2023 NFL season.
However, that doesn't appear to be an open and shut case, as Rodgers has undergone an innovative new procedure, as the veteran superstar has revealed he is eyeing a return to the field in January, if the Jets were able to make a playoff push with Zach Wilson under center.
This was inconceivable following the devastating injury a week ago, but now, Rodgers has shown just how much this Jets team means to him, as he is pushing to make it back within five months, and while many things will need to happen in order to make this come true, it's a fantastic story that could have an amazing ending.#Jets QB Aaron Rodgers is eyeing a stunning return date following surgery to repair his torn Achilles. And thanks to an innovative medical technique, being back for the playoffs is, at least, conceivable.
