NFL Rumors: New York Jets Coach In Danger Of Losing Locker Room
The New York Jets 2023 season started in the worst possible fashion, losing Aaron Rodgers just four plays into his Jets career, and now, the team have ridden out a 1-2 start with Zach Wilson at Quarterback, and it appears as though it could be a career defining move for several people in the organization.
According to a recent report from Rich Cimini of ESPN, the Jets' support of Wilson through his immense struggled, specifically from Robert Saleh, who many believe has a double standard when it comes to Zach could lead to the loss of the locker room, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
Given Wilson's poor play dating back to his rookie campaign, it makes no sense as to why this team haven't given up assets to land a top QB or taken one from the free agent market, and now, it appears Saleh's job could be tied to Wilson, so this is a story to keep an eye on as this season progresses.𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: #Jets coach Robert Saleh is at "Risk of losing the locker room" over his loyalty to QB Zach Wilson, per @RichCimini
