Seattle Seahawks Standout Rookie Undergoes Surgery
The Seattle Seahawks had a solid 2023 NFL Draft, with their biggest pickup being a potential star in the making in Jaxon Smith-Njigba, an incredibly talented wide receiver out of Ohio State, who joins Tyler Lockett and D.K Metcalf to make this one of the best wide receiver groups in the NFL.
Now, with just a few weeks to go until the start of the regular season, JSN has undergone surgery to repair a broken bone in his wrist, while still hoping he can be ready for Week 1 when the Seahawks matchup against the Los Angeles Rams at home.
If he can't get back for that, the team will rely on their two veterans, but after the flashes we've seen in pre-season, it appears this could be the best 1-2-3 combination on the outside in the NFL, and will give Geno Smith plenty of options to lead this high-flying offence.More about Seahawks rookie wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba having surgery today to repair a broken bone in his wrist but still possibly being ready for the start of the regular season, via @BradyHenderson:https://t.co/CBdCnsjaYa
