Los Angeles Rams Reunite With Veteran Defensive Back
The Los Angeles Rams are just two years removed from a massive Super Bowl victory, but with several trades and plenty of salary cap issues since that point, they're not expected to be a genuine playoff threat in the NFC West this season.
However, it appears they're still adding some solid pieces to the team, as on Monday, it was confirmed that the Rams are reuniting with veteran defensive back John Johnson, who played with the team from 2017-2020.
In his 86 career games, Johnson has been incredibly consistent, tallying 12 interceptions, 512 tackles and 41 passes defended, and if he can bring that energy back to Los Angeles, this will be a solid defensive unit.Report: The #Rams are signing Safety John Johnson, according to @JKBOGEN
