Detroit Lions Make Franchise History Ahead Of High Expectations In 2023
The Detroit Lions have been one of the NFL's worst franchises over the past 30 years, but with a promising year in 2022 and plenty of new talent being added to the team, the expectations are now growing under Head Coach Dan Campbell.
Those expectations are resonating with the fans too, as the Lions have sold out their season tickets for the first time in the 21-year history of Ford Field, and with a wide open NFC North, many believe this could be their year to make a deep run.
With a loaded offence behind QB Jared Goff and an improved defensive unit, this is a team ready to go on a playoff run, and while Detroit has always had fantastic fans, they're now locked in and ready to will this team to a big season. For the first time in Ford Field's 21-year history, the Detroit Lions have sold out season tickets. pic.twitter.com/1eZg52YvS5
