Cleveland Browns Linebacker To Miss The 2023 Season With Injury
The Cleveland Browns are expected to be a genuine contender in the AFC this coming NFL season, and while the offence is sure to be solid, it's the defensive unit that's going to make this an elite force in 2023-24.
Unfortunately with a month to go before the regular season, the team have officially lost veteran linebacker Jacob Phillips, who missed the end of 2022 with an injury, as the team have confirmed a torn pectoral muscle will keep him out for all of 2023.
Still, with a fantastic secondary and one of the best pass rushers in the NFL on their roster, this could be a great team, and if their linebacker group is even average this season, expect them to wreak havoc on opposing offences.Browns’ linebacker Jacob Phillips, a former starter who finished last season on injured reserve due to a pectoral injury, will miss this season with a torn pec, per source.
