Report: Star Running Back To Officially Visit AFC East Team
On Wednesday, the New York Jets came to terms on a re-worked deal with star Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, saving themselves $35 million over the next few years, and now, it appears they're ready to use that extra money.
Just one day after that announcement, it has been reported that veteran running back Dalvin Cook, who has been linked to the entire AFC East this off-season will be visiting the team over the weekend, as the Jets have been his preferred destination all off-season long.
The four-time Pro Bowl running back has been under much scrutiny this off-season as he has been patient in finding his next team, but now the Jets have more cap space, the connection just makes sense as the team look to go all in for a Super Bowl under Aaron Rodgers and Robert Saleh.Four-time Pro Bowl playmaker Dalvin Cook is flying today to New York for a visit with the #Jets this weekend.
