Report: Los Angeles Rams Reunite With Veteran Running Back
The Los Angeles Rams went all in for a Super Bowl under Sean McVay, Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp and Matthew Stafford, and they accomplished that with a big win over the Cincinnati Bengals, but now, it appears that they are in a weird situation, with several top veterans still on the team, with a major lack of depth and star power around them.
On Tuesday, the team made a fantastic veteran pickup, as they have officially reunited with running back Sony Michel, who was a key part of the offence during their Super Bowl LVI run, and after a down year with the other LA team, he's back with the Rams.
In five years at the NFL level, the 28-year old has accumulated 3,243 rushing yards along with 18 Touchdowns, while adding 439 receiving yards and 2 Touchdowns, and while he's no longer a starting caliber back, he's got the talent to be a key depth piece for LA in 2023.A familiar face in the royal + sol. 👀
