49ers Add DL Johnson
The San Francisco 49ers have signed defensive lineman Darryl Johnson to a one-year contract, the team announced on Tuesday.
To make the adequate roster space for their new DL, the 49ers have subsequently waived wide receiver Shae Wyatt.

In order to make room on the roster, the team waived WR Shae Wyatt.
Johnson, a former seventh-rounder by the Bills in 2019, spent his first two seasons in Buffalo before playing a lone season in Carolina, and played his 2022-23 campaign for the Seahawks. He unfortunately suffered a foot injury in Week Four and was placed on IR on October, 7th 2022.
The 26-year-old has appeared in a total of 38 games with one start where he has recorded 34 combined tackles, six tackles for a loss, and five quarterback hits.
