Young Pass Rusher Suspended 17 Games By The NFL
The NFL has seen all different types of suspensions in previous years, with gambling and off-field issues making up for a lot of them, but one issue that has persisted for years is PED violations, and today, the NFL handed down a massive suspension to a familiar face.
After a six game suspension last season, the NFL have now officially suspended young pass rusher Amani Bledsoe for 17 weeks for the 2023/24 NFL season for another PED violation, and without a team, this comes as a massive hit for him personally.
The 25-year old has been with Tennessee, Cincinnati and Atlanta throughout his four-year career, but has registered just 18 tackles in an NFL game, and after yet another suspension for the free agent, it's going to be tough for him to find another spot in the NFL.Amani Bledsoe's 17-week suspension is for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances, sources tell me and @RapSheet. It's Bledsoe's second PED violation; he also was suspended six games last season. https://t.co/BQOjaLJHIx
