NFL Rumors: Veteran Quarterback Drawing Plenty Of Interest As A Free Agent
The NFL off-season has been a thrilling one thus far, and even though the 2023 NFL Draft and the early wave of free agency is over, there's still plenty of free agent options out there, with one of the biggest names on the market being veteran Quarterback Carson Wentz.
Despite being traded several times in the past few years, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler has revealed that Wentz has garnered significant interest thus far in the off-season, with him revealing that he is open to a role either as a starter or a backup.
Given his performances for Indianapolis and Washington over the past two years, it's highly unlikely that any team out there looks at him as a starter, but for teams like Houston and Arizona, who have young starters and injury issues, he may be a fantastic veteran addition.Update: Former #Eagles, #Colts, #Commanders QB Carson Wentz has received interest from NFL teams, per @JFowlerESPN
