Former Los Angeles Rams linebacker Travin Howard has signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills, according to a report by Jordan Schultz of TheScore.com.
Despite persistent groin and hip injuries, Howard's addition to the Bills' roster aims to bolster their defensive depth following a season riddled with injuries.
