Atlanta Falcons Rumors: Cardinals Star QB On Team's Radar

The Atlanta Falcons are looking to add another quarterback, as they reportedly held trade talks with the Arizona Cardinals about Kyler Murray.

The Falcons are looking to take a step forward in 2023, and bringing in a high-impact QB like Murray would be a massive way to try to help make that come to fruition. He would provide the Falcons with a legitimate number-one QB if acquired.

Since entering the NFL in 2019, Murray has been named to two Pro Bowls and has shown signs of being an elite QB at the NFL level. In 11 games this past season with the Cardinals, he threw 14 touchdowns, seven interceptions, and 2,368 yards. For his standards, it was a down year, but perhaps a change of scenery could be exactly what he needs.

Nevertheless, we will need to wait and see if the Falcons and Cardinals engage in trade talks centering around Murray again from here.
