New York Jets All-Pro Won't Report To Off-Season Program
The New York Jets are entering one of their most important off-seasons in recent memory, and with the questions looming over the Quarterback position for 2023, the last thing they want to deal with is more drama.
It appears some may be thrust upon them however, as All-Pro Quinnen Williams will reportedly not report for the beginning of the teams off-season program, as he is looking to get a new deal done following the big pay days of some elite Defensive Tackles this off-season so far.
Williams is reportedly chasing between $23-25 million a year on his next deal, and after the production in 2022, this is certainly a fair price, and whether a deal gets done soon or not could certainly shape how this off-season plays out in New York.#Jets All-Pro DL Quinnen Williams won’t report for the start of the team’s voluntary offseason program today, per sources.

Williams, 25, said at the end of the season he wouldn’t attend without a new contract. He’s due $9.594 million on the fifth-year option on his rookie deal.
