Veteran NFL QB Will Throw For NFL Teams, Eyes Return To The League
The NFL is stacked full of incredible talent all over the field, particularly at the Quarterback position, but with some players getting starting roles that perhaps they shouldn't, there are young and veteran players everywhere ready to step in and take that from them.
On Monday, it has been confirmed that Cam Newton, an MVP veteran of the league has his eyes set on an NFL return, and will throw for NFL teams at Auburn's Pro Day later today, claiming that there isn't 32 QB's better than him in the league right now.
Over his career, Newton played for the Carolina Panthers, with one of his 11 seasons also coming in New England, but at 33 years of age, he believes he still has plenty left in the tank, and Tuesday is the perfect opportunity for him to show that.“It’s official: I will be throwing at Auburn’s pro day Tuesday.”
