Raiders Re-Sign OL Bars

The Las Vegas Raiders have reportedly re-signed offensive lineman Alex Bars to a one-year deal, sources told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Bars, 27, will reportedly be returning to the Raiders for another season after originally signing with the Las Vegas club on a one-year contract on March 27, 2022. He was waived last August, but would join their practice squad and was eventually elevated to the Raiders active roster on October 1, 2022 for the remainder of the 2022-23 season.

The former Notre Dame product joined the NFL after he signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2019, and spent three seasons with Chicago before signing with the Raiders.

Bars has appeared in 53 games with 25 starts for his career.
