NFLPA Advises Star QB To Hold His Ground In Contract Negotiations
While there's plenty happening early in the 2023 NFL off-season, one of the biggest stories remains the ongoing negotiations between star Quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, and at this point, it doesn't look like either side is backing down.
After DeShaun Watson reset the Quarterback market a year ago, it's understandable why Jackson wants to get a record amount of guaranteed money, but at this point in time, it doesn't look like the Ravens are ready to give him that.
On Thursday, the NFLPA reportedly advised Jackson (who doesn't have an agent) to not back down and stand his ground in the negotiation, and whether or not a deal gets done, it doesn't look like anything is changing anytime soon.Update: The NFLPA is advising #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson to stand his ground in negotiations.
