NFL Rumors: Kansas City Chiefs Expect To Lose Wide Receiver In Free Agency
Once again, the Kansas City Chiefs are on top of the NFL world following an incredible season and performance in the Super Bowl, and now their eyes turn to a repeat in 2023, and if they are to do that, they'll need to once again re-tool this offence.
After adding Kadarius Toney, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling throughout 2022, they will likely lose Smith-Schuster to free agency, and today, it's been revealed that they are preparing to lose Mecole Hardman, their speedy young target as well.
While Skyy Moore and Toney are expected to play bigger roles in 2023, the Chiefs will certainly miss Hardman, and after putting up 2,088 yards and 16 Touchdowns in his four years in Kansas City, he'll no doubt be a good pickup for a team in free agency. The #Chiefs are "bracing to lose" WR Mecole Hardman in free-agency, per @JFowlerESPN
