NFL Rumors: Another Team Officially Out On Former MVP Quarterback
After DeShaun Watson signed a record deal a season ago, it surprised absolutely no one that star QB's like Lamar Jackson could expect similar deals this off-season, but that's not even close to how it has played out thus far.
It's gone so different for Jackson, as he has now officially been given the non-exclusive franchise tag, allowing other teams to offer sheet him this off-season, but in a surprising twist, teams have now begun declaring their intention to stay away from the former MVP, and on Thursday, a new team was added to the list.
That would be the New England Patriots, who are rolling with Mac Jones as their starting Quarterback, as they join the Falcons, Commanders, Raiders, Panthers and Dolphins, so at this point, it appears Jackson returning to Baltimore is inevitable.Report: The #Patriots aren’t expected to pursue #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, a source told @ByMarkDaniels
