New York Giants, New Orleans Saints to Meet With Boston College WR Zay Flowers
Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers is apparently in demand. According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the speedy pass catcher has scheduled meetings with the New York Giants and New Orleans Saints ahead of his Friday pro day.
Flowers hauled in 200 receptions for 3056 yards and 29 touchdowns in a four-year career with BC, including 1077 receiving yards and 12 total touchdowns in his 2022 senior season. That quality play and a solid performance at the combine (4.42 40-yard dash) solidified his status as a potential first-round pick.Boston College WR Zay Flowers has back-to-back dinners with the #Saints and #Giants tonight before Friday’s pro day, per source. A projected first-round pick, Flowers put on 13 pounds of muscle in pre-combine training (and may pack on a few more during this part of the process).

At 5'9" and 182 lbs, Flowers is a slightly undersized wide receiver who can likely expect to do most of his damage in the slot and as a complementary option across from a more traditional outside threat. He would slot in well opposite Chris Olave on the Saints, and he could inherit whatever plans the Giants had for Kadarius Toney before they traded him to the Chiefs.
