New England Patriots Re-Sign Standout Cornerback
The New England Patriots haven't quite been the dynasty team we've become accustomed too in recent years, but with a talented young group, if they can figure out some key positions, this is a team that will be well in the fight in the very tough AFC East in 2023.
To help matters, today, the team officially agreed to a two-year deal with standout cornerback Jonathan Jones, who has been with the team since 2016 when he signed with them as an un-drafted free agent.
Since then, Jones has become one of the most consistent players on the team, and now the Patriots have locked him up despite plenty of interest league wide, and after a career year in 2022, things are still looking up for the 29-year old.Patriots re-signing CB Jonathan Jones to a 2-year deal.
