NBA Legend Joins Bidding For Ownership Of The Washington Commanders
While the rush of free agency has been overwhelming the NFL world in recent times, there has been one story building for quite some time now, and that's Dan Snyder's potential sale of the Washington Commanders franchise.
Names like Jeff Bezos and Jay-Z have been linked to the team, but on Monday, it was revealed that former NBA superstar Magic Johnson has joined the bidding for the Commanders, and while it's not been made clear yet the parameters of his involvement, it's an interesting update.
With the recent development from the Snyders, it appears a sale could finally be on the way soon, and while no one is the front runner at this point, Johnson joined a group that bought the Dodgers some years back, so it could very well happen again here.Update: Magic Johnson has joined the bidding for the Washington #Commanders via @Sportico https://t.co/QbUU7Jnwjh pic.twitter.com/sE2QrFIHR1
