Epps, who started all 20 games for the Eagles last season, had a career-high 94 tackles, four tackles for loss, six passes defended, and a forced fumble.
He is expected to take on the starting strong safety role for the Raiders and could be a solid contributor for the team.

Epps is a former sixth-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Over his five-year career, the 27-year-old has recorded 209 total tackles, three interceptions, one forced fumble, 15 passes defended, and played in four NFL seasons.
