Kansas City Chiefs Land Star Offensive Tackle
The Kansas City Chiefs were expected to lose several players in free agency this year, and after not franchise tagging Orlando Brown for a second straight season, it was clear that they were looking for a new starting tackle.
It didn't take them long to find his replacement however, as the Chefs have today officially agreed upon a four-year, $80 million deal with former Jacksonville Jaguars offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor, who will step in as an immediate replacement for Kansas City.
There's still plenty of work to do, as they have reportedly also lost right tackle Andrew Wylie as well, but given the Chiefs success with Brown, it's safe to say that Taylor will be a more than adequate replacement for him.Former Jaguars’ OT Jawaan Taylor reached agreement on a four-year, $80 million deal, including $60M gtd, with the KC Chiefs, per sources.
