Houston Texans Sign Running Back
The Houston Texans have made a move, as they have signed running back Devin Singletary to a one-year, $3.75 million contract.
This is not the most surprising of developments, as Singletary recently visited the Texans. Now, those talks clearly were positive, as the Texans have inked the 25-year-old running back to this one-year contract.
Singletary will provide the Texans with a solid running back as they aim to get things back on track in 2023. He is coming off of a solid season with the Buffalo Bills that saw him record five touchdowns, 177 rushes, and 819 rushing yards. Now, he will be aiming to build off of his solid season with an even better one in Houston.
In 61 career NFL games over four seasons, Singletary has 16 touchdowns, 672 rushes, and 3,151 rushing yards. It will now be intriguing to see how much he improves upon these career stats as a Texan from here. Overall, on paper, this looks like a very good signing for the Texans.
