Green Bay Packers Sign Edge Rusher
The Green Bay Packers are bringing back a 2022 midseason addition. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Tom Silverstein reports the team has re-signed edge rusher Justin Hollins.
Hollins tallied 2.5 sacks and three tackles for loss across 128 snaps for the Packers after joining the team in late November. Before that, he appeared in 34 games for the Los Angeles Rams, logging 6.0 sacks and nine tackles for loss. He entered the league in 2019 as a fifth-round pick of the Denver Broncos.Sorry, Justin Hollins. Damn auto-correct. https://t.co/f8SINK7Yw9

Hollins is a long, explosive pass rusher who has yet to really make the most of exceptional physical tools. Listed At 6'5" and 248 lbs, Hollins posted exceptional marks at the NFL combine in the 40-yard dash (4.50 seconds), vertical leap (36.5"), and even the 20-yard shuttle (4.40). Already 27 years old, Hollins has likely reached his ceiling, but he should at least serve as valuable depth for the Packers.
