Denver Broncos Waive Young Linebacker
In the NFL, depth means absolutely everything to teams, and it's at this time of year that teams around the league will look to build good depth on both sides of the ball as they begin the grind that will hopefully find them in the position to win a Super Bowl.
Plenty of these type of players won't get the recognition they deserve, and on Monday, the Denver Broncos released a player in that category, as they have officially waived outside linebacker Wyatt Ray.
Ray went un-drafted back in 2019, and since then has been with nine organizations from Cleveland to Buffalo to New York and eventually Denver, and over that time, has racked up just 20 tackles, 2 sacks and 1 forced fumble, so it's say to say he'll find a new home very soon.Per wire, the Broncos have released LB Wyatt Ray and waived CB Lamar Jackson. Both filled in nicely for injured players late in season. #9sports
