Denver Broncos Sign Punter
The Denver Broncos have brought back a familiar face, as they have signed punter Riley Dixon for the 2023 season.
Dixon spent the first two seasons of his NFL career as a member of the Broncos, and now he is going back to where it all began.
After his tenure with the Broncos ended after the 2017 season, Dixon spent four seasons with the New York Giants. From there, he played the 2022 campaign with the Los Angeles Rams, where he averaged a career-high 48.4 yards per punt on the year. Now, he will be aiming to build off of that with the Broncos in 2023.
Overall, this is a small signing, but it also gives the Broncos a new punter to work with for the upcoming season. We will need to wait and see how Dixon's second tenure as a Bronco goes from here. Here's to hoping that it is a successful one for the veteran punter.
