Denver Broncos Release Veteran Guard
After a miserable 2022 season, the Denver Broncos seem to be doing all in their power to make 2023 a success, and after bringing in a proven winner at the Head Coach position, they've now made several moves today to clear up cap space ahead of free agency.
Along with Chase Edmonds and Ronald Darby, the Broncos have now also come to the release of veteran guard Graham Glasgow, clearing a further $11 Million worth of cap space in the process, reaching over $30 Million today alone.
The 30-year old was a third-round pick of the Detroit Lions back in 2016, and has been a very consistent performer ever since, and while he's still a solid player, he likely won't be getting that type of money when he now hits free agency, which is why it's a move that makes sense for Denver.#Broncos are releasing G Graham Glasgow, source says. Denver making a bunch of moves today to clear cash and cap space. This one clears $11 million in cash and cap.
