🏈Houston receives: a 5th round pick in 2023 and 6th round pick in 2024.
🏈Dallas receives: WR Brandin Cooks.
Cooks was in the rumor mill all of last season, but the Texans opted not to move him before the deadline. Cooks was not particularly happy with this development, but now he has finally found his new home with a far better Cowboys team.
The Cowboys have been looking to improve at the wide receiver position, and now they have done just that by adding Cooks. He will give them another strong offensive weapon to work with as they aim to put together a strong 2023 season.
In 13 games last season for the Texans, Cooks had three touchdowns, 57 receptions, and 699 receiving yards. We will now need to wait and see how the nine-year veteran performs as a Cowboy from here.
