Cleveland Browns Sign Former Texans Tight End

The Cleveland Browns 2022 NFL season was marred with injury and controversy, but now that everything has settled and they've got a full off-season to prepare, this is a team that could surprise plenty of people in the AFC North in 2022.

With plenty of offensive talent around DeShaun Watson, this off-season is key to building more and more weapons for this squad, and on Friday, the team came to terms with young tight end Jordan Akins, who last played with the Houston Texans in 2022.

In five years at the NFL level, Akins has been a consistent performer, but the 2022 campaign was his best, totalling 37 catches for 495 yards and 5 Touchdowns, and if he can be that type of weapon in Cleveland, this will be a fantastic pickup.
