Cleveland Browns Re-Sign Linebacker
The Cleveland Browns have re-signed Jordan Kunaszyk to a one-year contract for the 2023 season.
Kunaszyk spent this past season with the Browns, where he appeared in 15 games and recorded 22 combined tackles. Overall, he served well as a depth option for the Browns, and he will continue to this upcoming season as a result of this latest roster move. In fact, he could be in the running to receive a bigger role with the Browns as well.
Overall, this is a good depth move for the Browns as they aim to get things back on track this upcoming season. Although he is not a star, he has shown that he is reliable and hard-working, so this should work out well for Cleveland.
Kunaszyk has appeared in four NFL seasons split between the Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders, and Browns. In 41 career games over that span, he has 36 combined tackles. We will now need to wait and see how much he improves upon these stats with the Browns this season from here.
