Buffalo Bills Give Star Linebacker Two-Year Extension
The Buffalo Bills have had a fantastic run in recent years, but for whatever reason, they've not been able to get over the hump and make an AFC Championship Game, and if they are to do so against a suddenly stacked AFC, they need to make some big moves soon.
One of those big moves came on Sunday, as the team officially announced a two-year contract extension for star linebacker Matt Milano, who will now stay with Buffalo through the 2026 season, saving Buffalo some crucial money.
Milano has been one of the best linebackers in the entire NFL for the past few seasons, and locking him up long-term is another great move for the Bills, and if they can now add some more pieces on both sides of the ball, it may be the year they finally break through.Bills and All-Pro LB Matt Milano reached agreement today on a two-year contract extension through the 2026 season, per sources. The move creates approximately $6 million of cap space for the Bills this off-season.
