49ers Re-Sign DL McGill
The San Francisco 49ers have re-signed defensive lineman T.Y. McGill to a one-year deal, the team announced on Friday.

McGill, who entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2015, initially signed with the Seahawks and would go on to play for multiple teams including the Colts, Browns, Eagles, Chargers, Vikings, and now will continue to stay put in San Francisco.
McGill signed to the 49ers practice team on October 29, 2022 and would go on to shift between the practice squad and active roster all last season.
A 30-year-old native of Jesup, GA, Mcgill has appeared in 55 games and four postseason contests. He has registered 43 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and one forced fumble. In his playoff career he has tallied three tackles.
