Washington Commanders Committed To QB1 Under New Offensive Coordinator
The Washington Commanders may have made the biggest coaching splash of the off-season thus far when they hired Kansas City Chiefs Offensive Coordinator Eric Bieniemy to be their Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach, giving this organization plenty of optimism moving forward.
After heading into this off-season with Sam Howell pencilled in as their Week 1 starter in 2023, many people had questions regarding this after the shock hire, but now, it's been confirmed that nothing has changed with the situation.
Bieniemy is reportedly 'positive' about the state of their roster and Howell's potential, and if they can improve their offensive line and bring in a few weapons, this is a team that can certainly compete in a tough NFC East in 2023.The #Commanders will stick with their plan start the 2023 season with Sam Howell as QB1.
