Veteran Quarterback Seeking Upwards Of $35M Annually
The Quarterback market could very likely be reset once again this off-season, with Justin Herbert, Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow all potentially getting extensions, also with the likes of Aaron Rodgers and Lamar Jackson both potentially on the move, but one player we know is on the move is former Las Vegas Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr.
With several teams interested, ESPN's Dianna Russini has now revealed that the four-time Pro Bowl QB will be seeking upwards of $35M annually this off-season, and doesn't need to be the first QB to sign to make that happen.
While Carr doesn't have playoff success on his resume, he's been very consistent over the nine seasons he spent in Las Vegas, and if he lands in the right situation with good weapons and a good defence, he'll still have plenty to give.Update: Derek Carr seeks a contract worth $35+ million per year, according to @diannaESPN

"He doesn't need to be the first quarterback to sign."
That's a relatively very fair contract for a veteran. https://t.co/7CwedENJRh
