Philadelphia Eagles Request To Interview Seahawks Coach For DC Role

The Philadelphia Eagles have suffered some massive losses this past week, as they first went down in the Super Bowl on Sunday, before losing both of their Coordinators on Monday, and now, they'll be tasked with finding a new leader on both sides of the ball as we head into the off-season.

The search has now officially begun, and it appears to have begun with the Eagles requesting permission to talk to Seattle Seahawks Associate Head Coach/defensive assistant Sean Desai, who has garnered plenty of interest around the league this off-season.

The Eagles have requested permission to interview Seahawks associate head coach/defense Sean Desai for their vacant defensive coordinator position, per league source.

With so much talent on all three levels, the Eagles will still have the talent, and if Desai can come in and play his role well under Nick Sirianni, this could be one of the best hires of the off-season, but only time will tell which direction they want to move in.
