The Eagles have an opening at OC due to the Indianapolis Colts recently hiring Shane Steichen as their new head coach. In his second year with the organization, he led the Eagles to top-five finishes in points scored, yards gained, and rushing yards.
Johnson has been with the Eagles since 2021 and has overseen the development of Jalen Hurts into a franchise quarterback and MVP candidate. Given the Eagles' incredible success this year, it makes sense that they won't bother looking outward for help on offense. They don't need it. It's better to keep building on what they've already established.
