Philadelphia Eagles Interview Former Wisconsin Coach For DC Role
The Philadelphia Eagles lost not one but two of their coordinators the day after a Super Bowl LVII loss, and now, with so much talent still left on the field, if they can figure out a way to bring in two more great coaches, they'll no doubt be a Super Bowl contender yet again.
While it's likely going to be a while until the decision is actually made, the Eagles interview process is well and truly underway, as they've now officially interviewed former Wisconsin Defensive Coordinator Jim Leonhard for the same role in Philly.
Leonhard played 10-years in the NFL for several teams, and has served as Wisconsin's Defensive Coordinator for the past six years, and with plenty of respect within NFL circles, it would certainly be a fantastic hire for Philadelphia. The #Eagles have interviewed former Wisconsin defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard as they look to fill their DC job, per league source. Leonhard was a 10-year NFL safety who is respected in league circles.
