NFL Rumors: Philadelphia Eagles Linebacker Expected To Start In 2023
Every year in the NFL Draft, players surprisingly rise and fall, and one of the names that fell the most in 2022 was Georgia Bulldogs linebacker Nakobe Dean, who fell to the third round where he was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles at No. 83 overall.
Despite all the praise coming out of college, Dean didn't see the field much in 2022, making just 13 tackles on the season, but many within the Eagles organization see him as a key piece to this defence going forward, with the expectation that he could likely start in 2023.
Given all of the players that the Eagles will see hitting the market this off-season, a cheap, reliable piece like Dean will be fantastic for them, and while he may not pan out as a star, this team will want him to be a solid player, and if he can do that, they'll have success once again.
